In 2011, energy conservation practices reduced consumption by no less than 1,237,000 kilowatts yearly, the result of which saved the hotel roughly $98,900 in electricity costs.

The elaborate system integrates voice and data, and it optimizes mobile facilities by using systems designed for business and industry.

Automation and sensors adjust guest room temperatures by determining where a guest is within a room. There is a FourWinds Interactive digital lobby display that greets guests and visitors upon arrival to the hotel.
